Palletizing and depalletizing of loads is required, in almost all manufacturing operations with high volume production. Typically, high speed processing lines have a dedicated palletizer and depalletizer for each line. This is appropriate when production rates are such that each machine is fully utilized; for slower production lines, single machines may service multiple lines.

DS Handling will supply, configure, install and commission an HK Systems designed von Gal palletizer and/or depalletizer for your system. DS Handling has designed and developed a variety of custom applications involving robotic, gantry and specialized equipment to perform pallet forming.

HK Systems' von Gal palletizers are available in a variety of sizes and configurations, from the LoPal (low in feed machine) up to the Formula VG™ (high speed model). Models with palletizing rates from 15 to 220 cartons per minute are available.
